Black Stars number one shot-stopper Richard Ofori has joined South African heavyweights Orlando Pirates on a 3 year deal from Maritzburg United, the Buccaneers have confirmed.
Ofori who has received plaudits from football connoisseurs and neutrals for his scintillating performances in the South African PSL has been on Pirates transfer wish list and his acquisition comes as a massive boost for Josef Zinnbauer’s side.
Speaking to the club’s tv network, he expressed his excitement over securing a move to the Johannesburg based club.
